Additional details:
Three separate stencils were created by hand with exacto knives, based on my value sketch. For reference I used an on-set photo from a film of Frank Oz puppeteering Yoda. The colors were applied with cans of spray paint on colored paper. I loved the original photo because both Frank Oz and Yoda seem to have the same facial expression and mood. I hope I was able to capture that and the art and energy of puppeteering in this print.
