Additional details:
This is an environmental self-portrait. While running, the red bridge felt like a goal. I used watercolor and watercolor pencils for a sketched feel. The red bridge is echoed throughout with subtle red lines. I struggled with the trees in the foreground but balanced them by adding more shapes and interest.
